Apple Blueberry Muffins

1 1/4 cup bran
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup Mill Orchard Juice
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
3 T golden syrup
1/3 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup wholemeal flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Mill Orchard apple grated
1 cup blueberries (frozen)

Combine bran, oil, Mill Orchard juice, milk, egg and golden syrup together, stand for 5 minutes. Combine in another bowl the dry ingredients and mix well. Add apple and blueberries carefully to the dry mix. Fold in dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just mixed. Place mixture into a muffin tray and bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
